Robot joint housings, arm link connectors, and harmonic drive mating components — the core structural elements of every articulated robot arm. Bearing bores to H6/H7 tolerance; coaxiality between serial joint bores ≤0.005 mm. Aluminium or titanium for collaborative robots; hardened alloy steel for industrial arms.
End-effector main bodies and gripper frames for robotic pick-and-place, assembly, welding, and inspection tools. Lightweight yet rigid — pocketed aluminium or titanium with precision bore and tapped mounting pattern for tool-changer compatibility. ISO 9283 robot flange interface available.
Dexterous robot hand finger-joint phalanges, fingertip structures, and multi-DOF joint connectors — the most miniaturised and geometrically complex parts in robotics. Finger joint pins down to Ø1.5 mm; fingertip shells with wall thickness 0.8 mm in titanium. 5-axis from solid billet — no castings.
Sensor mounting seats, precision guide blocks, module mounting bases, and machine vision camera brackets. Sensor hole position ±0.008 mm; guide block running surface flatness ±0.003 mm. Rigid and temperature-stable interface components between robot arms and the automation reference frame.
AGV and AMR structural frame nodes, drive module connectors, and chassis sub-assemblies. Wheel-to-chassis alignment critical for straight-line tracking and odometry accuracy. Drive module mounting interfaces to tight positional tolerances for repeatable wheel alignment after maintenance.
Precision positioning bases, linear automation stage components, and gantry sub-assemblies for assembly automation, inspection stations, and semiconductor handling. Reference face flatness ±0.003 mm; guide rail mounting face parallelism ≤0.005 mm over 500 mm. Stress-relieved aluminium plate standard.
