We achieve spool bore cylindricity of ≤0.003 mm and Ra ≤ 0.4 μm by finish boring followed by honing. Bore diameter is held to H6 tolerance as standard. H5 fits are available for ultra-low leakage servo valve applications.

Yes. We drill precision orifice holes from 0.3 mm diameter. Orifice diameter tolerance is ±0.005 mm. Each orifice plate is flow-tested at specified differential pressure with flow rate verified against the design Cv.
