6063-T5 Al cold plates with serpentine internal channels. Flatness ≤0.02 mm TIM surface, 3 bar N₂ tested, anodize. 200 units/month for EV battery module OEM.

Copper Busbar Connection Set
C11000 copper busbars, PCD machined, silver plated 8 μm. Profile ±0.05 mm, hole position ±0.02 mm. Plating cert. 1000 sets for EV battery pack Tier 1.

Power Module Housing Set
6061-T6 Al power module housings for industrial UPS. ±0.01 mm board mounting features, chromate conversion. Full documentation for IEC 62619 supplier qualification.
