CNC Machining Solutions forPump, Compressor & General Machinery Parts
Precision-machined flanges, shafts, sleeves, housings, and rotating components for pumps, compressors, and industrial machinery.
We machine flanges, pump shafts, seal sleeves, valve components, impellers, couplings, and equipment housings for centrifugal pumps, reciprocating compressors, blowers, and general industrial machinery across process, marine, and energy industries.
The manufacturing pain points our customers in this industry face most often — and how we address each one before it becomes a problem on your assembly line.

Fit and Concentricity Control on Rotating Parts
Pump shafts, mechanical seal sleeves, and bearing journals must meet precise diameter tolerances and runout specifications for correct seal performance and bearing load distribution. Grinding is required — turning alone is insufficient for rotating equipment quality.
Reliable Machining for Functional Mechanical Parts
Pump and compressor parts operate under sustained mechanical loading, fluid pressure, and thermal cycling. Dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and material quality all directly affect equipment reliability and mean time between overhauls.
Material Versatility for General Machinery Applications
Industrial machinery applications span a wide range of materials — carbon steel, stainless, duplex, titanium, copper alloys, and engineering plastics. Suppliers must be capable across this full range to be genuinely useful for general machinery programs.
Stable Batch Production for OEM and Replacement Parts
Both OEM production runs and MRO replacement orders require consistent dimensional quality. Dimensional variability in replacement parts creates assembly problems and potential equipment failures — especially in safety-critical applications.
Rotating parts, casing and housing parts, flanges, and valve and seal components for centrifugal pumps, positive displacement pumps, compressors, and general industrial equipment.

Specific machining, quality, and project support capabilities that match what this industry actually demands — not generic claims.

Mechanical Seal Face Lapping In-House
Seal faces on shaft sleeves and gland rings are lapped to Ra ≤ 0.2 μm and flatness ≤ 0.001 mm using a dedicated lapping machine. No outsourcing, no additional lead time — and the result is verified and documented.
Pressure Test as Standard — Not an Extra
All pressure-retaining valve bodies and pump casings are hydrostatically tested to 1.5× MAWP before delivery. Test records are issued with every pressure-wetted part as standard.
Broad Material Capability
From mild steel and cast iron through 316L, duplex 2205, titanium, Hastelloy, and Monel — we have validated processes for all standard pump and compressor alloys with full material traceability.
Better Dimensional Control That Reduces Assembly Issues
Shaft-to-sleeve fits, bearing journal runout, and flange face flatness controlled to the tolerances that make pump assembly straightforward and reliable — fewer shims, fewer adjustments, lower risk of early field failures.
From your first drawing to stable production delivery — a clear process that keeps your development and production schedule on track.

Drawing and Material Specification Review
We review component drawings alongside service conditions — fluid medium, pressure, temperature — to confirm material, tolerance, and testing requirements.
Quote with Process and Test Plan
You receive a quote specifying machining sequence, grinding plan, surface treatment, and pressure test protocol. Complete process transparency before you commit.
Machining, Finishing, and Testing
Parts are machined, finished, inspected, and pressure-tested (where applicable) before delivery. All results are documented and shipped with the parts.
Batch Production with Full Traceability
Production batches delivered with material certifications, dimensional CoC, and test records. Full traceability for equipment documentation and MRO records.
Material, machining process, and surface finish are coordinated at the quoting stage. Every combination below is validated on active customer programs.
