Pre-Treatment

Iron or zinc phosphate conversion coating with multi-stage rinse ensures maximum paint adhesion and under-film corrosion resistance for all metal substrates.

Electrostatic Application

Powder particles charged at 40–100 kV are sprayed onto grounded parts, achieving uniform wrap-around and excellent edge coverage on complex profiles.

Oven Curing

Parts cured at 180–200°C for 15–25 minutes, crosslinking the polymer matrix into a hard, continuous, impact-resistant protective film.

Inspection & QC

Film thickness gauge, cross-hatch adhesion test, impact resistance, and gloss measurement per ASTM D3359 / ISO 2409.

We offer the complete RAL Classic (213 colors), RAL Design System+ (1,825 colors), and Pantone solid color libraries. Custom color matching from physical samples or brand color specifications is available within 3 working days. Metallic, fluorescent, and special-effect powders are also available on request.
Our standard film thickness range is 60–120 μm. For QUALICOAT-rated architectural applications on aluminium we target 60–80 μm. For heavy industrial applications requiring maximum impact resistance, 100–120 μm is recommended. Custom thickness specifications outside this range can be accommodated on request.
We powder coat mild steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, aluminium alloys, and cast aluminium. Powder coating is not recommended for zinc die castings (ZA alloys) due to outgassing issues. Pre-treatment is always required for optimal adhesion.
Generally yes. Powder coating creates a thicker, more uniform film with superior impact resistance (typically 80+ kg·cm vs 40–60 kg·cm for most liquid paints), better edge coverage, and higher scratch resistance. The thermoset crosslinking also provides better chemical resistance and UV stability than most air-dry liquid coatings.
Yes, but the film thickness (60–120 μm) must be considered in your dimensional design. For precision fit areas (bores, mating surfaces, thread zones) we can mask those areas before coating to maintain bare-metal dimensions. Please indicate masking requirements on your drawing or order.
Yes. We apply QUALICOAT Class I and Class II powder coating systems on aluminium for architectural applications. GSB AL 631 certified powders are available for projects requiring German market compliance. Full certification documentation is provided with qualifying orders.
