Industry Challenges
Manufacturing Challenges in This Industry

The manufacturing pain points our customers in this industry face most often — and how we address each one before it becomes a problem on your assembly line.

Industrial automation equipment assembly

Multiple Custom Parts with Short Lead Times

Automation line design produces a high volume of unique, non-standard parts — each with its own geometry, tolerance, and finish requirement. Machining response time directly determines whether your commissioning schedule holds.

Tight Assembly Relationships Across Modules

Mounting plates, connector blocks, and transition flanges must all meet their individual tolerances so the assembled system achieves the required positional accuracy. Dimensional errors accumulate — we prevent this at the part level.

Frequent Engineering Revisions During Integration

Automation designs change during integration and commissioning. The ability to revise and re-machine quickly, without tooling constraints, is essential for keeping projects on schedule.

Repeatable Quality for Ongoing Batch Orders

Once a design is proven, you need consistent dimensional quality across every repeat batch. Locked programs and documented inspection plans eliminate the variability that causes assembly issues in production.

Why Customers in This Industry Work With Us

Specific machining, quality, and project support capabilities that match what this industry actually demands — not generic claims.

CNC machining automation component
Surface grinding flat mounting plate
Precision automation bracket inspection
Robot flange adapter precision part
01
No Tooling Cost — Any Geometry

We machine from your STEP files with no hard tooling or mold costs. Any geometry, any quantity — from single commissioning spares to 500-piece production batches without minimum order restrictions.

02
Express 3–8 Day Service

Aluminum automation components in 3–5 working days for commissioning-critical parts. Steel and stainless in 5–8 working days. Priority scheduling available for production emergencies.

03
Locked Quality for Repeat Orders

First-article CMM programs and fixturing are retained. Repeat orders ship against the same inspection standard as the first article — no re-qualification, no dimensional surprises between batches.

04
Assembly Accuracy Starts at the Part Level

We hold flatness, parallelism, and true position to the tolerances that matter for automation line accuracy — so assembly is straightforward and your system performs as designed from the first installation.

We surface grind aluminum and steel rail mounting plates to flatness ≤0.01 mm over the full plate length. For plates over 500 mm, we use a temperature-controlled grinding process to eliminate thermal distortion. Flatness is measured and reported on the inspection certificate.
Yes. We machine mounting plates and transition brackets to match the standard bolt patterns of HIWIN, THK, Bosch Rexroth, and other major module brands. Provide the module model number and your adapter drawing and we will verify compatibility before machining.
Yes. We machine ISO 9283 robot interface flanges (50–200 mm diameter) with pilot bore, bolt circle, and locating pin holes to standard dimensions. Pilot bore fits are held to H7. Custom adapter flanges between different robot brands are also available.
Standard lead time is 5–8 working days. Express 3–5 day service is available for urgent commissioning requirements. Steel and stainless parts have a 7–10 day standard lead time.
Yes. We machine, finish, and assemble sub-assemblies including threaded insert installation, dowel pin pressing, and hardware pre-installation. Assemblies are delivered ready for direct integration into your automation line.
We retain locked CNC programs, CMM inspection plans, and dedicated fixtures for all established production parts. Repeat orders are machined using the same programs and inspected against the same measurement plan as the original first article.
