Spray Painting
Services
Industrial liquid spray painting using waterborne and solvent-based systems — delivering precise colour matching, smooth finishes, and multi-layer corrosion protection for complex geometries and large assemblies.
We select the optimal paint chemistry based on substrate, service environment, and performance requirements.
2K Polyurethane (PU)
Two-component PU topcoat delivering outstanding gloss retention, chemical resistance, and flexibility. Preferred for automotive and high-visibility industrial parts.
High GlossUV StableChemical ResistantEpoxy Primer + Topcoat
High-build epoxy system for heavy corrosion environments. Excellent adhesion to steel, aluminium, and galvanised substrates per ISO 12944 C3–C5.
Anti-CorrosionHigh BuildISO 12944 C3–C5Waterborne Acrylic
Low-VOC water-based system for eco-conscious projects and interior components requiring environmental compliance.
Low VOCRoHS SafeIndoor GradeOur climate-controlled spray booths and systematic multi-layer approach guarantee defect-free, specification-compliant finishes.
Surface Prep & Priming
Abrasive blasting or sanding, solvent wipe, and primer application for adhesion and corrosion resistance per ISO 12944 system specification.
Base Coat Application
HVLP spray in temperature/humidity-controlled booth. Multiple passes achieve uniform coverage and colour accuracy within ΔE <1.0.
Clear Coat & Drying
2K clear coat applied for UV resistance and gloss protection, followed by force-drying at 60–80°C or ambient cure as specified.
DFT & Color Check
Dry film thickness measurement, spectrophotometer colour delta-E check, adhesion cross-hatch test, and full visual inspection.
Recent spray painting projects across automotive, heavy machinery, and marine sectors.
Body Panel & Bumper Assembly
2K PU basecoat/clearcoat on steel body panels. OEM-grade colour match ΔE <0.8, 500-hour NSS, delivered to automotive Tier 1 supplier on schedule.
Agricultural Tractor Chassis Frame
ISO 12944 C4 epoxy primer + PU topcoat on heavy steel tractor frame. Shot blast Sa 2.5, 160 μm total DFT, 1000-hour NSS certified.
Offshore Structural Steel Components
ISO 12944 C5-M immersion-grade system on marine structural components. Zinc-rich primer, epoxy mid-coat, PU topcoat, 2000-hour NSS tested.
Automotive
Body panels, bumpers, and underbody components with OEM-grade colour matching and multi-layer corrosion protection.
Heavy Machinery
Construction and agricultural equipment requiring C4/C5 ISO 12944 corrosion protection systems for outdoor service.
Marine & Offshore
Structural steel and deck equipment requiring immersion-grade and splash-zone paint systems for sea service.
Industrial Equipment
Large fabrications, tanks, pressure vessels, and structural steelwork requiring high-build protective coating.
Aerospace & Defense
Airframe components, ground support equipment, and military vehicles with specification-compliant liquid coatings.
Architectural Steel
Structural beams, columns, and metalwork for buildings requiring decorative and protective liquid coating systems.
Spectrophotometer Colour Matching
Digital colour matching with ΔE <1.0 accuracy. Physical samples, RAL, NCS, or Pantone references all accepted with no extra charge.
Climate-Controlled Spray Booths
Temperature and humidity-controlled booths eliminate blushing, orange peel, and solvent popping defects for flawless finishes.
ISO 12944 C1–C5 Capability
Full primer, intermediate, and topcoat system capability covering all corrosion categories from mild interior to severe marine environments.
