Custom CNC machined nozzle holders and nozzle seats — nozzle mount bore concentric with fluid supply bore to ≤ 0.005 mm TIR, sealing face flatness ≤ 0.008 mm with Ra 0.8 µm, O-ring groove machined to AS568 / BS1806 standard. Available as matched assembly kits with nozzle installed and leak-tested.
