Drawing reviewed for gear geometry, tolerance feasibility, and material selection. DFM feedback and full quotation within 24 hours. Pre-confirmed achievable DIN quality grade.

Blank Machining
CNC turning of gear blank — OD, bore, face, hub — with grinding stock allowance confirmed for post-heat-treatment operations.

Gear Cutting (Soft)
CNC hobbing, shaping, or 5-axis bevel cutting. Soft-gear CMM inspection before heat treatment — catch profile errors early, not after grinding expensive ground gears.

Heat Treatment
Carburizing, nitriding, or through hardening. Hardness certified. Pre-grind measurement confirms grinding stock still exists on all flanks after distortion.

Gear Grinding
Post-HT grinding to DIN 3–6 quality. Tooth flank Ra 0.4 μm. Bore and journal ground in same setup for concentricity. Thread grinding for worm shafts and lead screws.
